Pa, sve je moguce... Kazu, Crnogorci su prodali svoja imanja na Crnogorskom primorju, pa EVRE ulazu u beogradske stanove. Ja bih rekao nesto drugo: ljudi iz Srbije su prodali poslije razdruzivanja svoje &lt;a href="http://www.serbien-online.se/oglasi/sell_detail.asp?title=Vikendica%20u%20Krasicima&amp;amp;nrsell=7761"&gt;vikendice i stanove u Crnoj Gori&lt;/a&gt;. To je kretanje koje je direktno izazvano politickom situacijom i mnogi se okrecu nekim drugim podrucjima. Mozda ce kupiti vikendicu na Tari ili &lt;a href="http://www.1nekretnine.com/prodaja-nekretnina.asp?title=KOPAONIK%20placevi&amp;amp;nrsell=7069"&gt;plac na Kopaoniku&lt;/a&gt; ili Zlatiboru.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mnogo novih stanova se pravi u beogradu tako da ce najvjerovatnije doci do stabilizacije cijena, ne pada kako neke agencije tvrde. Najvise se traze mali stanovi, jer mnogi mladji parovi uz kredit tako rjesavaju stambeni problem. Naravno banke izvlace veliku korist od toga jer su kamate neprihvatljive ako se poredi sa zapadnom Evropom. Npr. Nepromenljiva kamata tokom otplate kredita za stambene kredite iz sredstava Societe Generale Yugoslav bank je od 6,73%, dok je ista ta kamata 4,85% u jednoj banci u Svedskoj.
